1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 444xp ("444xp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the 444xp website and its associated services available at https://444xp.net, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 444xp platform. Your continued access to or use of any part of 444xp following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

444xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to open and maintain a 444xp account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 444xp, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting with funds that are legally yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

444xp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any eligible withdrawal processed after due diligence is completed.

Age Verification Procedure

All new registrations on 444xp are subject to age and identity verification. Until verification is complete, 444xp may, at its discretion, restrict deposits, withdrawals, or participation in certain promotions. 444xp employs third-party identity verification services to cross-reference submitted documentation against authoritative records. Any attempt to circumvent age verification — including submission of falsified documents — will result in immediate and permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 444xp. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 444xp employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, with balances subject to review before any release.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. 444xp shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account details provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444xp login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 444xp of unauthorised access in writing without delay.

444xp reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, or any other conduct contrary to these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, 444xp will conduct an internal investigation before taking action and will communicate its findings to the affected user to the extent permitted by law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

444xp supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All account balances are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: PKR 500 (or equivalent in USDT TRC20);
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own legal name — third-party deposits are not accepted;
• Deposits are credited to your 444xp account balance following confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes;
• 444xp does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• 444xp reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source prior to releasing funds for wagering.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability;
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa for fully verified accounts are processed within one hour;
• Bank transfers to HBL and UBL are processed within one to three business hours;
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals settle within approximately five minutes following blockchain confirmation;
• 444xp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request;
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

444xp offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited;
• 444xp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, pattern wagering designed to meet requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension;
• Players may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud;
• 444xp's decision on all bonus and promotion matters is final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 444xp sportsbook and all wagers made in the casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the 444xp platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sportsbook

• All odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted;
• 444xp reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event unless live in-play betting is explicitly available for that market;
• In the event of an error in odds or markets, 444xp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account;
• Winning bets are credited to the player's account balance following official confirmation of the result by the relevant sporting authority.

Casino & Live Dealer

• All casino games available on 444xp operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines audited to international standards. The integrity of game outcomes is guaranteed by the certification process;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer session, the game round will be completed according to the provider's disconnection policy. 444xp is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's side;
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome or session return.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444xp platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 444xp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following, and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the platform for money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such instances must be reported to 444xp support immediately;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts;
• Harassment, threatening language, or abusive behaviour directed at 444xp staff or other users;
• Any conduct that 444xp determines, at its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity or reputation of the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

444xp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses. 444xp provides the following tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place wagers;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 444xp platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

444xp strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any user found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed and all deposits returned. 444xp does not market to minors and actively participates in underage gambling prevention initiatives.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 444xp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, trademarks, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 444xp or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444xp platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 444xp content without express prior written authorisation from 444xp. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of 444xp's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444xp, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 444xp platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays;
• Losses arising from the player's failure to read and understand applicable game or betting rules;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to adequately secure their login credentials.

444xp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst 444xp uses reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

444xp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 444xp platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

444xp implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. 12 Amendments to These Terms

444xp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 444xp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any wagers already placed at the time an amendment comes into force will be settled under the Terms in effect at the time of placement.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
